Armed Islamofascist Demonstrators Outside White House

Please note the bulge in the Middle Eastern looking man's shirt:
It would appear to be a concealed weapon.
This within a short distance of the White House.
The event was photographed on August 12, 2006.

I wonder with the U.S. Secret Service is aware?

Big Brother is Shouting at You, Comrade!

This from the Daily Mail in Beautiful Airstrip One:

Big Brother is not only watching you - now he's barking orders too. Britain's first 'talking' CCTV cameras have arrived, publicly berating bad behaviour and shaming offenders into acting more responsibly.

The system allows control room operators who spot any anti-social acts - from dropping litter to late-night brawls - to send out a verbal warning: 'We are watching you'.

Middlesbrough has fitted loudspeakers on seven of its 158 cameras in an experiment already being hailed as a success. Jack Bonner, who manages the system, said: 'It is one hell of a deterrent. It's one thing to know that there are CCTV cameras about, but it's quite another when they loudly point out what you have just done wrong.

'Most people are so ashamed and embarrassed at being caught they quickly slink off without further trouble.

'There was one incident when two men started fighting outside a nightclub. One of the control room operators warned them over the loudspeakers and they looked up, startled, stopped fighting and scarpered in opposite directions.

'This isn't about keeping tabs on people, it's about making the streets safer for the law-abiding majority and helping to change the attitudes of those who cause trouble. It challenges unacceptable behaviour and makes people think twice.'

The Mail on Sunday watched as a cyclist riding through a pedestrian area was ordered to stop.
'Would the young man on the bike please get off and walk as he is riding in a pedestrian area,' came the command.

The surprised youth stopped, and looked about. A look of horror spread across his face as he realised the voice was referring to him.

He dismounted and wheeled his bike through the crowded streets, as instructed.
Law-abiding shopper Karen Margery, 40, was shocked to hear the speakers spring into action as she walked past them.

Afterwards she said: 'It's quite scary to realise that your every move could be monitored - it really is like Big Brother.

'But Middlesbrough does have a big problem with anti-social behaviour, so it is very reassuring.'
The scheme has been introduced by Middlesbrough mayor Ray Mallon, a former police superintendent who was dubbed Robocop for pioneering the zero-tolerance approach to crime.
He believes the talking cameras will dramatically cut not just anti-social behaviour, but violent crime, too.

And if the city centre scheme proves a success, it will be extended into residential areas.
The control room operators have been given strict guidelines about what commands they can give. Yelling 'Oi you, stop that', is not permitted.

Instead, their instructions make the following suggestions: 'Warning - you are being monitored by CCTV - Warning - you are in an alcohol-free zone, please refrain from drinking'; and Warning - your behaviour is being monitored by CCTV. It is being recorded and the police are attending.'
Mr Bonner said: 'We always make the requests polite, and if the offender obeys, the operator adds 'thank you'. We think that's a nice finishing touch.

'It would appear that the offenders are the only ones who find the audio cameras intrusive. The vast majority of people welcome these cameras.

'Put it this way, we never have requests to remove them.'

But civil rights campaigners have argued that the talking cameras are no 'magic bullet', in the fight against crime.

Liberty spokesman Doug Jewell said: 'None of us likes litterbugs or yobs playing up on a Saturday night, but talking CCTV cameras are no substitute for police officers on the beat.'

The Fall of Waziristan

Osama bin Laden new safe haven...

The fall of North and South Waziristan and the rise of the Islamic Emirate of Waziristan was an event telegraphed by al-Qaeda and the Taliban. During the winter of 2006, Osama bin Laden announced his strategy to establish bases and pockets of territory along the Afghan-Pakistani border. The Taliban and al-Qaeda (virtually indistinguishable in this region at this point in time) had been fighting a long term insurgency against the Pakistani Army after President Musharraf put troops in the region shortly after 9-11.

Blair Denounces Anti-Americanism

America's last ally in Europe: "Give them Hell, Tony."

LONDON (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Tony Blair launched a withering attack on Thursday on what he called "mad anti-Americanism" among European politicians.
Blair, U.S. President George W. Bush's closest ally in the war on terror, said the world urgently needs the United States to help tackle the globe's most pressing problems.
"The danger is if they decide to pull up the drawbridge and disengage. We need them involved," Blair said, spelling out his political vision in a pamphlet published by The Foreign Policy Center think-tank.
"The strain of, frankly, anti-American feeling in parts of European politics is madness when set against the long-term interests of the world we believe in," he said.

The Majority of Americans Are Favorable Towards the Jews and Israel

At a time when rabid anti-Semitism is a world standard, the majority of Americans think well of Jews and support Israel. In contrast, only a small minority think well of the Moslems. I say its time for a formal USA-Israel military alliance.
A new Gallup Poll (released September 7, 2006) asked respondents how they felt about ten different religious groups, ranging from “Fundamentalist Christians” to “Atheists.” By every measure, Jews drew the most favorable reaction, with the highest “positive” rating (58%) and the lowest “negative” rating (only 4%). By contrast, Americans expressed decidedly mixed feelings about Mormons (with a net negative rating, 29% to 28%) and Muslims (30% to 26%). The least popular religious groups in the survey proved to be Atheists (an overwhelmingly negative 44% to 15% rating) and, most especially, Scientologists (a stunning 53% negative, to just 11% positive – thank you, Tom Cruise!).

Can Islam Be Reformed?

Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch, Ali Sina of Faith Freedom International as well as a host of other infidel critics and former Muslims have addressed the question of whether Islam can be reformed.
They are unanimous in concluding that Islam is inherently immutable and cannot be reformed. The overwhelming majority of Muslim scholars and clergy would agree with this conclusion although for different reasons.

Rush Limbaugh comments on: "The Path To 9/11"

You could sum it up this way: You could say, "Well, wowie zowie, we do have some people in the intelligence community who are skilled and dedicated and talented." We haven't heard that for five years. We hear just the opposite. Apparently we do have heroes who risk their lives every day for the country and our cause. Haven't heard that for the last five years, not from the Drive-By Media, at any rate. And apparently we have some bureaucrats who care more about their turf, their careers, than they do their responsibility to the nation. We have regulations, we got bureaucratic layers that are hamstringing the mission. We've heard that from time to time but usually a split screen with an ACLU representative contradicting it. So far the coverage of the movie, The Path to 9/11, has been treated more as The Path to the Clinton Legacy. If there was one dramatic license the entire project has been painted as a dramatic license, and the drive-bys are trying to say the whole thing is made up, the whole thing is crazy, none of it is believable.
Yet here's the bottom line. If the truth be told, no controversial Sandy Burglar scene, if there were no other cherry picked scenes that brought on the wrath of Clinton and the rage of the left, you still would have seen actual footage of the real Bill Clinton as a leader ill-equipped to lead. Do you realize none of what we got in The Path to 9/11 was what we got throughout the 1990s? We had none of the staged good times of Bill Clinton. None of the nineties in The Path to 9/11 were portrayed as happy-go-lucky and carefree and a roaring economy and everybody just happy as they can be. We didn't see any trembling lip performance from Bill Clinton. They didn't use any of that video. We didn't see Clinton mesmerizing an audience, most of them Drive-By Media babes. What we saw in this movie was the real Bill Clinton: awkward, hesitating, unsure, faking resolve, and that, folks, is the real story behind the story. The image, the years of a crafted image has been laid bare for all who watched The Path to 9/11 to see.
Now that you've seen it, is it any wonder that the Clintonistas are now saying, make that crowing, that twice as many people watched the football game? And so unintentionally they offer up the real Clinton, legacy, polls, it's all ratings. New York Times editorial today denounces me and Thomas Kean. Denounces me for being a friend of the writer of The Path to 9/11 and how that should have sounded warning bells to the Clintonistas and the Democrats. Hey, New York Times, it did. It sounded huge warning bells. Until I had made that statement on the program, made that, quote, unquote, admission, it had been pretty tame. But that caused all hell to break loose, which is strange because as I said yesterday, Democrats, a number of powerful Democrats, Richard Ben-Veniste and others, had seen a screening of this a couple weeks ago at the National Press Club.

Death To The Stingrays!

There was only one Steve Irwin.

There are way too many stingrays, obviously.

Don't you think it's time the we even the balance of power? I do.

Before I kill them I ask a few questions: Any apologies to the family of Steve Irwin?

Where is Osama bin Laden?

How long have you been a member of al-Qaeda?

Any last requests, Mr. Ray?

These fookin' bad rays don't even blink an eye.

They beg for death.
